Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content and use

You must not use TribeSync to sell access to, host, or distribute content that violates Telegram's Terms of Service or applicable law.

Zero tolerance: any content that sexualizes minors (CSAM) — such workspaces are banned immediately and reported to the authorities.

Also prohibited: pirated or counterfeit material and other intellectual-property infringement; scams, fraud, Ponzi or pyramid schemes and deceptive investment or signal offers; malware, phishing, or hacking services; incitement to violence, hatred, or harassment; and the sale of illegal goods or services.

2. Owner responsibility

The Owner is solely responsible for the content of their channels and groups and for their relationship with subscribers.

TribeSync is a tool and does not proactively monitor the content of Owners' communities; we are not the publisher of that content.

3. Reporting abuse

Report violations to support@tribesync.app with the bot @username and the channel or group link. We review valid reports and act on them.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or permanently ban a workspace at our discretion for violations — with or without prior notice depending on severity. A ban fully disables the connected bot: sales, access, and moderation stop.

A ban stops the Service from facilitating the content; it does not delete content inside the Owner's channel (that is Telegram's and the Owner's domain). For illegal content we cooperate with Telegram and law enforcement as required.

Platform-plan fees are not refunded for workspaces banned for AUP violations.
