Public Offer (Terms of Service)

1. Definitions

"Service" — the TribeSync software (the tribesync.app website, web panel, Telegram Mini App and bots) that lets the Owner sell paid access to private Telegram channels/groups and moderate them.

"Owner" — a user who connects their Telegram bot and creates plans. "Subscriber" — an end user who pays the Owner for access. "Platform plan" — the Owner's subscription to the Service.

2. Subject of the offer

The Operator grants the Owner the right to use the Service as a tool: accepting payments (Telegram Stars and crypto), access control, auto-moderation, analytics. The Operator charges no commission on the Owner's turnover.

The Operator provides a software tool and is not a party to transactions between the Owner and their Subscribers. The Owner–Subscriber relationship, the nature and legality of content, and taxes on the Owner's income are the Owner's responsibility.

3. Registration and account

Management access is via Telegram authentication. The Owner is responsible for securing their Telegram account and for actions taken within their workspace.

4. Plans and payment

Current plans and limits are shown on the pricing page. Platform plans are paid in Telegram Stars or crypto. A trial period may be available. Monthly Stars payment may be recurring (auto-renewal), managed on Telegram's side.

The Operator may change plans and feature sets with notice on the site or in the Service; changes do not affect an already-paid period.

5. Refunds

The Service is a digital service with immediate access. Once provision has begun (plan/period activated), amounts paid are non-refundable. A trial period is provided to evaluate the Service before paying.

6. Owner obligations

The Owner shall use the Service lawfully, shall not host or sell access to content prohibited by law or to adult (18+) content in breach of Telegram rules or applicable law, and shall comply with Telegram's Terms of Service.

The Owner independently fulfils obligations to their Subscribers, including content quality and any refunds on their side, and pays taxes on their own income.

7. Operator rights and limitations

The Operator may suspend or limit access upon breach of this offer or the law, and for maintenance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

The Operator is not liable for outages or actions of third-party services (Telegram, payment providers, hosting).

8. Limitation of liability

The Operator is not a party to settlements or transactions between the Owner and Subscribers and is not liable for the Owner's content. The Operator's aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Owner for the platform plan in the last billing period.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the site.

10. Intellectual property

Exclusive rights to the Service belong to the Operator. Rights to the Owner's content remain with the Owner.

11. Changes to the offer

The Operator may amend this offer by publishing a new version on the site. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing law and disputes

The relationship is governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the competent court at the Operator's location.
