How to contact support
Where to get help: the Help Center, the support button in the Mini App, and the Support tab in the web panel.
Updated: September 29, 2026
Most questions are answered by the Help Center — it covers connecting your bot, payments, moderation and notifications. If you can't find the answer, email us directly and we'll reply personally.
Email support
The support address is support@tribesync.app. Describe the issue as specifically as you can: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Where possible, attach screenshots and include your Telegram id and the bot's @username — that helps us resolve it faster.
Where to open it
- Web panel (desktop). The Support tab has an Email us button (opens your mail client) and a link to the Help Center. The address is shown right on the page, so you can copy it.
- Mini App (inside Telegram). The Help & support button opens the Help Center, where the support address is listed.
In the Mini App the button opens the Help Center rather than your mail app directly: inside Telegram's webview, mailto links are unreliable. The direct email button lives in the web panel at tribesync.app.
Before reaching out, check the Glossary and the troubleshooting section — common cases (bot added as a member, chat not accepted, payment didn't activate) are already covered there.
