"Crypto payment unavailable"
The crypto option is hidden or failing — check your Crypto Pay setup.

If subscribers don't see a crypto option, or it says crypto is unavailable, check these.
Checklist
- Token set? Add your Crypto Pay token in TribeSync's crypto settings.
- Right token? Use a mainnet token from @CryptoBot (not the test bot), and select mainnet.
- USDT price on the plan? The crypto option only appears when the plan has a USDT price.
- Webhook configured? Needed so payments actually grant access — see payment didn't activate.
🔧 What happens under the hood
The bot shows the crypto option only when your workspace has a valid Crypto Pay token and the plan has a crypto price. Missing either hides it or returns "unavailable".
