Platform plans and the two limits

What each TribeSync plan includes — and the two caps that shape pricing.

Updated: July 24, 2026

TribeSync charges a flat platform fee and takes 0% of your sales. There are three visible plans — Starter, Subscriptions and Growth — and moderation is included in all of them.

The two limits

Every plan is defined by two independent caps:

  • Active paid subscribers — your monetization ceiling.
  • Moderated members — the size of a group you can moderate (server cost).

Higher plans raise both. See the current numbers on the pricing page or at tribesync.app/pricing.

🔧 What happens under the hood

Both caps come from your plan and apply to every bot in your workspace. The subscriber cap blocks new buyers when reached (renewals still pass); the member cap blocks enabling moderation on an oversized group. They're enforced independently.

💡 Tip

Pick your plan by whichever cap you'll hit first — a big free community leans on the member cap, a paid channel on the subscriber cap.

Next: pay for your plan.
