Subscriber limits per plan
Each platform plan includes a cap on active paid subscribers — here's how it behaves.

Your TribeSync platform plan sets how many active paid subscribers you can have at once. It's the main lever of our pricing (since we take 0% per transaction).
How it behaves at the cap
- New subscribers are blocked with a "sign-ups closed" message.
- Renewals of existing subscribers always go through — nobody loses access.
- Raise the cap by upgrading your platform plan in the Account section.
ℹ️ Good to know
The cap is separate from the moderation member limit, which caps the size of a group you moderate. The two are independent.
