Create a subscription
Set a price in crypto and/or Stars and an access period: this is what your subscribers buy.

A subscription (plan) is what your subscribers buy to get into your private channel or group. You create the first one on the last step of the wizard, and you can add more anytime.
Your first subscription in the wizard
The "Price" step opens once the bot is connected to your chat.
- Enter a "Subscription name", e.g. VIP access.
- In "Crypto payment", set "Price, USDT" and "Access, days".
- In "Telegram Stars payment", set "Price, Stars". The "Auto-renewal" switch means Stars are charged every 30 days.
- Tap "Save". Set at least one price, you can change everything later.
The subscription is active right away, and the wizard shows the "Subscription created" screen with the bot link for your subscribers.
If you set a USDT price but haven't connected a wallet yet, that screen shows a "One step left: your crypto wallet" card with a "Connect Crypto Pay" button. Until the wallet is connected, subscribers can only pay in Stars (see accept crypto).
Only Stars support auto-renewal. If you turn it on, crypto is disabled for that subscription: Crypto Pay has no recurring charges. To take crypto as well, create a separate one-off plan.
Another subscription for the same community
You can add several subscriptions to a connected channel or group, e.g. "monthly" and "annual". No need to re-enter the bot token.
- Open Subscriptions and on the community's card tap "➕ Add a plan".
- The new subscription is active right away and appears to subscribers in the bot on /start next to the others.
On the Subscriptions page, communities are tagged by type: 🛡 Moderation only, 👥 Private group, 📣 Private channel.
Offering both crypto and Stars pays off: crypto (USDT/TON) goes straight to your wallet without the mobile markup, and Stars are paid in one tap.
