How to withdraw Telegram Stars
Stars from subscribers land on your bot's balance. You withdraw them via Fragment as Gram (formerly Toncoin) — here are the conditions and steps.
Updated: October 16, 2026
When a subscriber pays in Telegram Stars, the Stars go to the balance of your bot — the one you created in @BotFather and connected to TribeSync. TribeSync doesn't hold this money and can't withdraw it for you: withdrawal happens inside Telegram, and only the bot's owner can do it.
Telegram pays out Stars through Fragment, as Gram (formerly Toncoin, on the TON network) to your TON wallet.
Withdrawal conditions
- Minimum: 1,000 Stars available for withdrawal. There's also a maximum per withdrawal: if you have more, withdraw in several goes.
- 21-day hold. Stars can be withdrawn 21 days after they're earned — counted per payment. That's why the balance screen shows two numbers: Total Balance and Available Balance. Only the available one can be withdrawn.
- Cloud password (two-step verification). Your Telegram account must have one: Settings → Privacy and Security → Two-Step Verification. Without it, withdrawal isn't possible.
- Not within a day of turning on or changing the cloud password, or of logging in to Telegram on a new device.
- Fragment must be available in your country — it isn't everywhere.
Steps
- In Telegram, open your bot's profile (tap the bot's name at the top of its chat).
- Under Balance, tap Stars — the Stars Balance screen opens.
- In the Available Balance block, tap Withdraw and choose the amount — Fragment opens.
- Confirm with your cloud password.
- On Fragment, connect a TON wallet — for example, Tonkeeper, MyTonWallet or the wallet in @wallet. Fragment may ask for a one-time identity check.
- Check the amount and confirm. Gram usually arrives in your wallet within a few minutes.
Stars from subscribers go straight to your bot's balance because in TribeSync you connect your own bot. TribeSync charges a flat platform fee and 0% of your sales.
If a withdrawal fails, it's almost always one of the conditions above: fewer available Stars than the minimum, some Stars still on hold, no cloud password, or one set less than a day ago.
The same screen has a Buy Ads button: you can spend Stars on Telegram ads for your bot — no withdrawal and no 1,000 minimum.
Want payments straight to your wallet, with no hold and no minimum? Turn on crypto payments: USDT and Gram go directly to your Crypto Pay wallet.
