When a group becomes a supergroup
Telegram upgrades growing groups automatically, and TribeSync keeps up on its own.

At some point Telegram converts a regular group into a supergroup — usually as it grows or when you change certain settings (like making it public then private, or enabling admin features). This is normal and expected.
What you need to do
Nothing. It happens on Telegram's side.

If you still notice moderation isn't working after an upgrade, contact support.
