The bot joined as a member, not admin
Access and moderation need admin rights — here's how to fix a member-level bot.

If your bot was added as a normal member, it can't create invite links or remove anyone — so nothing binds and access won't work. It will usually message you asking to be promoted.
Fix
- Open the chat → Administrators → Add admin.
- Add your bot and grant delete messages and ban/restrict members (plus invite users for channels).
- That's it — TribeSync binds the chat automatically once the bot is an admin.
🔧 What happens under the hood
Binding only happens when the bot becomes an administrator, because a member-level bot literally can't do the job. As soon as it's promoted, TribeSync captures the chat and activates your plan.
