Buyers see "temporarily unavailable"
Two reasons the bot stops selling access, and how to reopen sales.

If the bot replies "New payments are paused for now" or "This community isn't accepting new members right now" instead of showing the plans, it's one of two reasons.
1. Your platform plan is inactive
When your plan is locked, the bot takes no payments at all: neither from new buyers nor as a renewal of one-off subscriptions. Pay for your plan in Account and sales reopen right away. What else pauses is covered in plan states.
2. The subscriber limit is reached
Once you have as many active subscribers as your plan allows, the bot closes the community to new buyers. People who already have a subscription in your community renew as usual. To raise the limit, move to a higher plan.
