Buyers see "temporarily unavailable"
Two reasons new sales pause — and how to reopen them.

When the bot shows "temporarily unavailable" or "sign-ups closed" instead of the plan menu, one of two things is happening.
1. Your platform plan is inactive
If your own plan is locked, new sales stop. Pay in the Account section to reopen them. (Existing subscribers keep access the whole time.)
2. You hit the subscriber cap
If you've reached your plan's active subscriber limit, new buyers are blocked while renewals keep working. Upgrade your plan to raise the cap.
🔧 What happens under the hood
Both checks run at purchase time. Neither ever removes current members or blocks renewals — they only gate new sign-ups, so your revenue base is never disrupted by them.
