Set a custom welcome message
The first message people see in your bot: say why to join before the list of subscriptions.

The bot sends your welcome message when someone opens it with /start, before the list of subscriptions. It's your chance to sell the community: what's inside and why to join. The welcome message is available on the Growth and Pro plans.
How to set it up
- In the Mini App, open Subscriptions.
- On the bot's card, tap Bot texts.
- Write your text in the Welcome message field. Below it you see how a subscriber will see it.
- Tap Save welcome message.
To remove it, clear the field and save. People then see the list of subscriptions right away.
The text is sent as is, without formatting. Up to 1000 characters.
💡 Tip
Keep it short and about the value: one line on what people get, one on the atmosphere. Leave the details for after they join.
