Set a custom welcome message
Greet people the moment they open your bot — sell the value before the plan menu.

The welcome message is the first thing a person sees when they open your bot with /start — before the list of plans. Use it to pitch your community.
Steps
- In the panel or Mini App, open My bots & plans and edit your bot.
- Fill in the welcome message (what your community offers, what's inside, why join).
- Save.
🔧 What happens under the hood
On /start, the bot sends your welcome text first, then the plan menu. If you leave it empty, buyers go straight to the plans. The custom welcome is a plan feature — it's available on plans that include it.
💡 Tip
Keep it short and benefit-led: one line on what they get, one on the vibe. Save the details for after they join.
