Expiry reminders (and editing them)

Automatic nudges before a subscription ends β€” with your own wording.

Updated: July 24, 2026

TribeSync automatically reminds subscribers before their access ends, so more of them renew.

The three reminders

  • 3 days before expiry
  • 1 day before expiry
  • After it expires (with a "subscribe again" button)

Each carries a button that reopens the plan, so renewing is one tap.

Editing the text

  1. In the panel, open My bots & plans and expand Reminders on a plan.
  2. Edit any of the three messages. Use placeholders {product} (plan name) and {date} (expiry date).
  3. Leave a field empty to use the built-in default.
πŸ”§ What happens under the hood

Reminders run once a day and are sent only for one-off subscriptions (recurring Stars renew themselves, so they don't need nudging), and only if your plan includes the reminders feature. Your custom text, if set, replaces the default; placeholders are filled in per subscriber.

πŸ’‘ Tip

A friendly, specific reminder ("your VIP month ends {date}") renews better than a generic one.
